Getting to know our new staff members

Mr. Dannemiller, 4th grade math and social studies

Mr. Dannemiller was born, raised, and attended grade school in Shelby, OH. In high school Mr. Dannemiller realized he wanted to be a teacher. He studied both mathematics and education at The Ohio State University and graduated with a Masters degree. Mr. Dannemiller has taught math to 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students during his 5 years of teaching. He is very excited and proud to be a part of the Clear Fork Valley Local Schools. Mr. Dannemiller believes that teaching children to have good character, be a hard worker, and care for others is so important and tries to make this part of his instruction.

In his free time Mr. Dannemiller enjoys watching old tv shows and movies, playing video games, listening to podcasts, and learning more about his faith. Mr. Dannemiller’s favorite movie is It’s a Wonderful Life and his favorite piece of fiction is the Starfish Story by Loren Eisley.

Mr. Casey, Intervention Specialist 1-3 grade

Bob Casey  is starting his third year at Clear Fork Valley Schools.  I'm new to Butler and teach Special Education. Previously, I was a preschool intervention specialist at Bellville Elementary.  I have two incredible HS kids and we are adrenaline junkies! I like to run, mountain bike, swim, skydive, Adventure Race, and anything else active!  I have been a DJ for 25 years! We have a wonderful Golden Retriever named Milo! I'm excited to have this opportunity to work with your children!

Noon to 3:00

Please continue to drop off car riders in the back of the building in the morning at the end of the ramp.  We have noticed on some days that families have been stopping curbside in front of the building to drop off their little dumpling. We appreciate your cooperation by limiting traffic in front of the school!

Important Announcements

We have had students dropped off at 7:55 and are considered tardy by the time they make it to class.  If you are running late, please park in front of the building by door A2, walk your child to the office, and sign in. We appreciate your help!

Butler Elementary now has a TWITTER page!  Follow @ButlerCFVLS for Tweets about positive happenings in our building.  We will also be documenting our building project!

To sign up Principal REMIND messages, please go to our webpage and click on the link REMIND INSTRUCTIONS.  This is how I communicate with families regarding safety concerns, upcoming events, important reminders, as well as closings/delays!
